All software, trademarks, UI designs, code, documentation, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Catharsis Solutions Ltd.

## 3. Acceptable Use
Users and AI agents interacting with our APIs and web interfaces must comply with declared `/robots.txt` crawl policies, Content Signals, rate limits, and authentication rules.

## 4. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" with enterprise support SLA commitments defined in individual client master service agreements (MSA).
